MICHAEL F. SCHULZ, ESQ.

Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, land use, zoning, landlord/tenant and construction law. Michael represents clients before municipal and state regulatory and administrative agencies, as well as all courts in the Commonwealth.

Michael received his B.S. (Biology) from Trinity College (CT) in 1998 and his J.D. from New England School of Law in 2004. During law school Michael was an editor of the New England Law Review, and authored the Note article Questions Blowing in the Wind: The Development of Offshore Wind as a Renewable Source of Energy in the United States, 38 NEW ENGLAND LAW REVIEW 415 (2004). In addition, Michael was a legal research and writing advisor to first-year law students during his 2nd and 3rd years in law school. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
