ALBERT J. SCHULZ, ESQ.

Albert has over thirty years of experience representing clients in the areas of real estate, land use, zoning, litigation, estate planning and divorce. Albert represents institutional lenders as well as owners, buyers and sellers in all types of transaction and litigation matters. His practice also includes representation of clients before municipal and state regulatory and administrative agencies, as well as all courts in the Commonwealth.

Albert received a B.S. (Economics) from the University of Pennsylvania in 1971, J.D. from New England School of Law in 1976, and L.L.M in Taxation from Boston University in 1986.

He is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), Barnstable County Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association.
